As an introduction to utilization of Pymol Software and other biochemical calculational technology. We looked at the theorized effects on enzymatic properties of HCAII with specific amino acid residue mutations. These specific mutations focused on residues involved in the reaction mechanism or active site of the HCAII enzyme.
